Killer Instinct 3 Petition

I ran across this today http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_p...on-sign.cgi?KI3 so what are your thought of another Killer Instinct coming around. I would like to see one for the Xbox 360 (sorry no screenshots for now)
I loved part and 1 and 2 and I still play them on my Mame32 :D |

| And Killer Instinct should remain a dead franchise. It was a good move - The series went out on a good note, don't ruinn with a bunch of titles like MK and Capcom series have. |

but they can do so much with the franchise on the next gen of systems. It would be interesting to see. |

You know how crazy Killer Instinct 3 on the 360 would be?! me and my friends talk about very same thing alllll the time. No ing Lie.
Believe it or not we still play Killer Intinct to this very day on the SNES. We usually smoke a few bowls and then we put this beautiful black cartridge on the SNES.
I know for a fact i'd go out and buy this if was realeased, so would about friends. Im telling you Killer Instinct ed our heads when we were Younger.
I dont know how effective online petitions are but ill sign it anyways. Ill fast forward this to a few friends that might be interested which are online right now.

Yeah, let's just rehash every franchise that's ever existed in gaming until the end of time. It's sooooo much better than coming up with new, creative, and innovative ideas.

You can say the same thing about [Metal Gear Solid]
Lets use it as an example.
Its had countless releases across many different platforms. Is Konami coming up with new creative and innovative ideas? No not reeally, maybe to an extent, but not NEW.
On the other hand we have Rare: Which has only released Killer Instinct on two platforums.
Killer Instinct [SNES]
Killer Instinct Gold [N64]
Not only that its one of Rares Hidden Gems. Its just franchises are sitting on top of it.
Like:
The Perfect Dark Series:
TheConker Series:
The Donkey Kong Series:
Th Banjo-Kazooie Series:
In fact Killer Instinct 3 would be a nice addition to Microsofts exlusive titles since Microsoft owns Rare.
Rare just needs to realize it has a hidden franchise up its sleeve. |

I have to agree. It was a valiant effort on Nintendo and RARE's part to make a unique fighting game, to cash in on the Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat craze at the time. I also think MK should be retired/left to die as well.

I'll have to disagree with you there. IMO, although KI and MGS are two totally different genres, MGS had an unmistaken amount of popularity compared to KI and MGS has so much more that can be done as in storylines and games so I think MGS should go on. It's true storytelling perception really started coming to life on the original PS and was further enhanced and emphasized on PS2. With the newer systems (360/PS3) it can go further and be better than ever. |

Hey Tweek dude you should really download Mame32 and get both Killer Instinct 1 and 2 because not only are the graphics even etter but there full motion videos on it aswell.
You better have Athlon 64 3400+ GeForce 6800GT/ATI 1600, 1gig of ram or more. |

Yo, I have MAME and downloaded the KI2 ROM but I'm missing this kinst2.chd file and it won't run. Any idea where you might be able to get it? |

I never really looking into roms, but would like to. Were can i get get ahold of Mame32 and a few roms?
Can anyone point me in the right direction? |
