Volume Is Toooo Low...

So I am having troubles again with my soundcards, but this time the problem is that my onboard soundcard volume is a lot lower than the volume of my 2nd soundcard...
I tried changing channels on my mixer and changing wires still no help
I also tried changing settings in control panel but still no help.... |

| please provide a little more detail, such as soundcard models/names...mixer and stuff, it may make troublshooting a little easier:D |
