Why does everyone want small things bigger and big things smaller?

Just thought about this the other day especially at this time of the year... Anyone care to discuss or provide any examples?
I got 2 to start things off:
1) Diamonds
2) Cell Phones |

1) Bigger diamond nicely cut = nice shine and looks way better

Too many girls with great small breasts wish they had larger ones, and so many girls with large breasts that I know wish theirs were in fact smaller.
Seems in general to me that I find most are never happy with whatever size they do indeed have. Sucky :( |
