Hatiras is one of today’s most influential electronic music producers and DJs. He is best known for his chart topping global smash ‘Spaced Invader’ and his ‘Arrival’ album. He is also renowned for running the cutting-edge record label Blow Media and remixing artists such as Kylie Minogue (and many others) on labels such as Sony, Parlophone, Universal Music, Ministry of Sound, IHR and Defected. Hatiras has sold hundreds of thousands of records through his numerous releases. He has also received extensive music video and radio airplay across the world and was awarded the prestigious Canadian Juno and SOCAN awards for Best Dance and most radio play in 2002. He was also re-nominated for two Juno Awards in 2005 and two more in 2006.
His extensive touring schedule has taken him across the world as a performing DJ. He has performed in places including The UK, Belgium, Australia, Japan, United States, Poland, Serbia, Canada and South America. Besides all of this Hatiras created and operated one of North America’s largest electronic music promotions companies called ‘Liquid Adrenaline’. He coordinated events attended by up to 10,000 people at venues across Canada and the USA from 1995 to 2001.
In 2003 Hatiras formed his label Blow Media. Through this vehicle, Hatiras continues to release his own music as well as focusing on nurturing other promising artists. Blow Media has already seen tremendous success with the release of Hatiras’ smash hit ‘Money Shot’, his top-selling ‘Electronic Luv’ compilations, and productions by other talented producers/DJs such as Antoine Clamaran, Robbie Rivera, DJ Dan, Macca, Jaxon and more.
His team is comprised of many individuals including talented musicians and producers ranging from every genre of music. His vision is to continue to create music and art of the highest quality and attention to detail.
