I always work support over the christmas-NY break, it's a pretty cushy job. only bit that pisses me off is there are always other people who claim to have worked the same time, yet I am always the only one who turns up.
My boss wanted to ask customers to book support for this period otherwise no-one would work it. He changed his mind before I sent out the mail asking customers to book ahead if their system will fail on the last day of their financial year. |

Same here. Couple of radio interviews later and the office is quiet again. yahoo games is my friend today. |

something that really pisses me off over this breakl is the number of people who claim to be "working from home", yet they never so much as sign onto our system all day. I think there are 6-8 people who claim to be working now,. yet I'm the only one here or on the system.
