entertaining, but that thing is a toy more than anything in my opinion. I don't see how that is any different really because the fact is you still have to move your fingers to move intervals, and it's the same distance as a piano keys. the only thing that is different is your hand doesn't move.
I imagine it would also have the negative effect of inspiring music based on a narrow range of pitches, because the rest of the keyboard will be essentially invisible.
and it's hardly based on 'relativity', i got all excited when i heard it because i imagined space-time and einstein. They need to change that to "relative key messages"
and guess what, the piano is already relative to your hand position. If you press D and the next note is one semitone above, and you press it with the same finger, BEHOLD the instrument of relativity, now your finger will be on E-flat and the same interval will be a DIFFERENT note! amazing!
maybe it's meant for generation-wii, in which case it will further degrade the quality of human life and music by oversimplifying it.
However, what's cool about it is it brings importance to the interval. |

| I don't think this simplifies anything, quite the contrary. Interesting concept. |

| Interesting concept, cool toy, doesn't look too useful however. Chords, anyone? |
