Denon DNX-1500...Good or Bad?

I just came across a good deal on Denon's flagship mixer (used, in perfect condition with box and manual). As this will be my first mixer buy, I was wondering if anybody here had any real experience with their mixers and the quality. The other mixers I was looking at were the Pioneer DJM-400 and the Allen & Heath Xone-62. Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
Thanx |

| That's my mixer....ITS BADASS! small things: knobs are kinda small and the effects and sampler take a little time to get used to. otherwise, BADASS! |

| I had it before upgrading to a 3D, it was a badass mixer. Worth the money and time getting used to effects. |

| I currently own one, and for the price I think it is a wicked mixer, you can get very create with all its features and the Matrix system is truly awesome, apart from the buttons feeling rather cheap, my only real complaint is the digital cutoff, what this is, is that if a signal going into the mixer drops below a certain db, it actually cuts that channel completely, now for most people I don't think you would really notice this, but if you have quiet music coming threw it, or during some breakdowns, you can notice it cutting the sound in and out and it makes the music sound like an untuned radio, maybe this is just my mixer doing this as I have not heard anyone else say anything about it, but for me its truly annoying and has me looking at other mixers. |

Really?, even with a really faint signal going threw it?, like I said, I've mentioned it to other DNX owners and they didn't know WTF I was on about either, starting to think that its just my mixer, it did this from the start and it happens on all channels the exact same way, so I thought this was normal for this mixer. |
