Actually the first track has some energy as well as some other spots throughout the mix. I just prefer a more driving bassline |

When you have two kicks coming through at the same time, they essentially "cancel each other out," and your low end doesn't come through as strong. It's not terrible sounding, but it can sometimes kill the energy.
Other than that, your phrasing is pretty nice, and for a style of music I don't particularly care for, this isn't bad.
But, this is still the wrong forum for it to be posted in. |
