I replied this in the other thread but dunno if anyone was gonna read that anymore (different toppic).
Hey Swamper!
The attachment (mp3) in a normal thread still doesn't work I believe.
I tried to attach a sample, <550 kb, it uploaded, but when I look in my thread (also did a reply upload btw) I can't see anything that would lead to downloading the file. So it isn't there.
Can you fix that?!

| I have the same problem. You upload and return to your post and there nothing attached. You do it a couple of times to get frustrated :D but it still aint working. |

You can only post attachments in the unknown track section. So i am not suprised other areas dont work :)
But i thought the prob had been fixed in the unknown track section :) |

Well, we didn't know that.
But alot of peeps want to attach stuff in the holland section, so maybe Swamp can give authorization for that??

Well you can understand why, how big would the server need to be to hold all those attachments :) And then the bandwith to download it :)
I thought this was common knowledge :) |

Attachments work in Unknown Tracks...
...the custom mods I made to get that whole UnknownTracks stuff to work forced me to change the way attachments are handled on the whole forums...
It was a lot easier to disable attachments in other forums then to allow both conflicting systems to run..
This may change in the future but not for a while. |

Well, I never attach any music so I was suprised when it didn't work. But never bothered to ask any1.
And about the rest your right.
And it is common knowledge, but not for us Dutchies :D |
