Whats a good digital camera from 200-300$?

I was looking at the Fuji FinePix S5200 which is about 230-250$
I read reviews and all that stuff and it got some great reviews for its price range. Its not for photography as in professional photography, just looking for a camera for some artistic stuff yet non-budget-breaking...
Any suggestions would be awesome :) |
