as much as i love music, i have to be surrounded by it at all times. with that said im looking to buy an mp3 player or whatever music player. i was looking into the Sony HD3- 20gigs and like 30 hrs of battery life. but this thing is old now and i figured something better is out. i despise ipods- measely, what 8hrs of batter life, not to mention how sensitive it is.
anyone have any good options? |

i'm into the iriver.
http://www.iriveramerica.com/
i had been rocking the h320 for awhile...but now i've gone retro and use the h120.
check out ebay, and you can cop an iriver for under $200.
the great thing about it is that it's got a line-in, where you can record from any source. so, if you record mixes from decks or what not, you can convert directly into mp3. it's also got an fm tuner. |

2nd generation nano is 24 hours battery life..
And its solid state - I take it to the gym.. works awesome..
Looks into Sansa E280 if u r really anti-apple..
Sandisk Sansa are cheaper (Sandisk is the memory maker) and their models are great sounding and have record/FM radio..
Iriver used to be one of the best, but they havent designed anything new and really good for a while..

Everyone always complemented me on it. The sound was awesome and the battery life rocked ( Even though i played many tracks in 320kbps ). I bought it in July and by august i started seeing weird problems like tracks whihch i had deleted still appeared in my playlist. Or songs would play and then switch to the middle of a different set. Nothing major but just weird things. i turned on my sansa hoping ot finally listen to TATW 144 only to discover that all my tracks magically dissapeared. I turned it off, and then turned it ack on. WHen i turned it back on it would never go passed the loading screen. :whip: :whip: its been frozen at that loading screan for a week now ! |
