Unfortunately... I'm on the last few minutes of my lunch break but I will say this:
Nice acidic bassline, but it seemed to suddenly come when a few of the persussive effects were dimmed a tad. Really juicy bassline!
I'll be back... |

I'm back as promised...
Before I begin, nice choice of tools.
THat initial melody you have going on reminds me strongly of the stabs in "2 players - signet (rmx)". That's not bad, I guess, I REALLY do like that motif, so I'm just grooving along with everything else.
Nice Breathy-percussive sample you have... it fits the groove perfectly. It almost sounds like a reverse clap that you dimmed down ALOT.
Don't get me started on that bassline again. IT's so freakin' awesome to me.
VERY heavenly pads during the breakdown. Not overly emotional... just cool and airy... They sound rather Hi-passish, which is perfect because of how it blends with the rest of the mix.
Unfortunately, putfile seems to be very slow today... The media keeps start-stopping out on me... grrrr!
Excellent vibe. It's dreamy, cool progressive trance. The groove is strong, and the synths just take you away.
Wonderful job on the break at 6:00-ish. The groove kindof goes underwater to introduce the next passages of the track. Wonderful effect on the percussion. Interesting distortion synth that was introduced, but I can't hear it too well. It just needs to pierce the mix just a little bit more.
FUn outro... you upped the bassline cutoff a bit and toyed with the listener as the track came to a close.
Never stop mixing! |
