Thats because they went broke i believe. The rights to the song were owned by somebody else when they released it, once it had made its fortune that person collected alot of money for no effort what so ever

Yes I just had a read through the sad and sorry tale of the record-execs that took everything because the musical score was used without permission from some 1960's Rolling Stones song or something.

It got me thinking theres a dangerous precedent there for DJ's actually to be very careful what you sample. :eek:
