A little while back, the relationship between long time buddies Native Instruments and Stanton officially came to an end, which of course led to a whole heap of people dancing on the still warm grave of the allegedly dead Final Scratch product. But just hold on to your horses people - I can officially, exclusively albeit somewhat scantly announce (well more like tease) the future of Final Scratch. You read it here first - again. Another world exclusive for !

Hold onto your hats - here's comes the information onslaught:

"The rumors are true. The release of Stanton's FinalScratch3 system will be officially announced at the 2007 Winter NAMM Show. Full product details will not be disclosed until the official release hits, but expect current FS2 users to receive special support for the transition and a feature package that is unmatched in the DJ software world today.."

And that's yer lot. I'm sure many of you will have a load of questions about Final Scratch 3 but that really is the extent of my knowledge. Stanton are obviously quite tight lipped about any info leaching out before NAMM so they're understandably keeping everyone - including trusty dependable me - out of the loop until the time is right. So when I say I don't know features, price, release date, upgrade details etc etc - I mean it. So don't waste your time asking. The info will be released here first when it's available OK?
