CDJ-1000 problem

| I have had this piece of equipment for about 2-3 years now without any problems, I wake up today....after not even touching it (since I was on vacation) for about 2 weeks, and it decides...hey! I'm not going to read cd's anymore! I left the cdj alone for a few hours, tried again and it worked. Later that night, stopped working again. This morning, no luck. Any ideas? |

Are you getting a error-code from the cdj? Try searching with it on here http://forums.pioneerdj.com/eve
Like nec said contact pioneer support get some advice and send them in for repair, technical support contacts are also on that page. |

| No error code or anything, just decides to not read cd's for periods of hours, then works for like 15 minutes, and back to crapping out again. |

Sorry I didn't get back to you, my phone has been on silent and my girlfriend has been in town....so....i've been a bit busy. Anyway, yeah looks like we're going to have to bring out a 200 for the party. This sucks so much dick. Oh...but I have found a very...very interesting offer to getting cdj1000-mkII's for dirt cheap...for like...less than half the price. call me when you get the chance and i'll explain. |
