Never use this ty site or their stores. I ordered a lens from their stores a few days before christmas, and still have not recieved it. I went online to live support and they gave me some bull about the online website being a different company than the stores.
1. They share the same name
2. They share the same logo
3. They share the same partners
4. They share the same sister sites
It's complete bull. I just threw $500 at them and they probably wont even give me my lens, or give me back my money. If I dont have a lens or money by the 5th, i'm going to the BBB.

| honeslty what can the bbb do? it has no legal authority. Its more like a consumer reports sort of thing. |

Well, if they dont give me my money back, or don't give me a lens. I can give proof and bring it to court.
I've read feedback of their online store being completly and most of them are 1/5 stars for their store. I don't know about their in store stuff but they treat me like im a child because I come in in normal clothes and don't think I can afford anything there. |

Should have let me know, I would have hooked you up - I work for a camera store.
BTW, paying $500 for a lens, you were totally ripped the off - I bet you didnt even order a Canon/Nikon lens, you probably ordered a Sigma lens. |

Hahaha, you know nothing about cameras.
I ordered a Sigma 24-70 F2.8 because I didn't feel like paying $1000 more for a Nikon that is maybe 5% better in quality. I've used both brands, and the Nikons aren't worth paying $1000 extra for.
Also, Sigma used to make both Canons and Nikons lenses.
I have a Nikon D200, Nikon D50, Sigma 18-50 F2.8, Nikon 50mm F1.8, and a Sigma 70-200 F2.8. And on order is a Sigma 24-70 F2.8.
