Just a quick question. hopefully you guys can give me a hand. my laptop was recently stolen from me, and i have had to resort to a
desktop with 1.4G processor and 512mb of ram. i get to working on a track and just using three vsts i get the slowing down crackling, my computer is a piece of noise and stuff. with my laptop i could run 6 or 7 synths at once. what would be the best and cheapest way for me to get more out of my desktop. would upgrading to a Gig of Ram help me in anyway or if you guys no any other methods.. any help would be appreciated!! thanks in advance.
hit me up on myspace if you want. check out the tunes, be my friend or not...ha ha!!!

| Nope, it's the CPU that is used for VSTs, so upgrading memory won't help. |
