600 for 7 days, the renter didn't even know about WMC; SCORE |

Had a 2 story 2 bdroom/2 bath condo right in the centre of it all... Owner didn't know about WMC yesterday (when I said I'd take it and to send me a rental agreement) - so, this morning they caught on (from all the other requests) and price went from $1500 to $3000. That's a bit excessive considering I'll hardly spend any time there, so, next! |

Yeah, it is all about the green. I been checking out craigslist for condos and apartments for rent, and they all jackup the prices 100/200% during the WMC/Boat Shows and now the Superbowl. I gotta get myself into real estate down there, it has to be nice. Some of those folks are renting out their houses for the Superbowl for $25,000 just for 3-4 days. |
