Well, considering that TR is about only promotion that is willing to have locals play in the main room along with headliners... Props to them for giving the locals the chance to really rock the party and supporting local talent.
Sure, K&A are good (so is Gielen), but I have a feeling that K&A are going to come to Toronto more often.
The Guv does 1 hr slots for big name DJs all the time.
Don't fret too much about it.
edit: since I'm coming to this event mainly to hear TA DJs rock the casbah, short slots for headliners are just fine for me :p |

i respect what you're saying but in all honesty, this is their first time coming here, so i dont see how you think talented international djs like them are going to be coming often. if we were a country in europe then id understand your point, but in reality were in canada, we count the days down to get djs like these. i just really dont see the need for locals to get longer set times if that time could be given to the internationals, who are the REASON why docks is going to be packed the way it will be that night... |

yea its great that theyre givin the local djs a chance to play wit big name djs but havin 456346 djs so they each get to play for an hour doesnt make sense... and if the locals are gonna get an hour then djs like johan gielen or k&A should get moore time since most ppl are payin to see THEM. |
