Why would you let people walk into a dark, quiet club? What a loaded question.

yeah no one's going to be there

but in the case they are:

Tilt - The Seduction of Orpheus (Tarrantella vs. Redanka Remix)
Aristronica
or -

i'd have it all dark then whip my dick out and have the lighting operator just throw the lights on and go "booogieee woooooggiiieee bitches!" at the top of my lungs.
asfdz
"Dirty Sound" (dirty detroit mix)
Austin Leeds
or
"Rock to The Rhythm" (starkillers remix)
Dave Aude, nic terranova

(not a trance club  don't hate me)

As it is, when I go out the experience is about as predictable as waiting in line at the DMV. I know beforehand pretty much what is going to be played, when the headliner will come on, etc. etc. blah blah blah.

That is boring. A lot more fun than the DMV, sure, but still so predictable. Why can't it be different for once?

[Yeah, I know the answer, same one for any big business: MONEY. It's a shame.]

Years ago there was a fairly hardcore dance club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida called The Chili Pepper that was pretty creative.

They had a video screen on one wall that was like small theater size and they would play clips from movies. I'm sure it wasn't legal. I remember once they played the scene from Return of the Jedi where Luke fights Jabba's Rancor monster thing. I'm not sure but I think they played the audio from the clip without additional music, but the scene is so engaging that it kept the vibe high. That place had intense fetish inspired art and sculptures everywhere, and no dress code.

I wish there were more places like that.

It doesn't matter, nobody's ever there for the first half an hour anyway.

So you're saying that never in history did a club fill up upon opening, and that it is so unimagineable that it doesn't even work on a hypothetical level?

This hypothetical owner was busy checking myriad last minute details and was thrown into a very challenging situation. He needed time to get organized but the crowd was getting impatient. Being a creative and intelligent sort, he turned adversity into advantage by doing something unexpected. The result was a dramatic divergence from the ordinary which focused the energy of the clubgoers into a memorable moment.

Maybe black clothing? Like the kind that NINJAS wear?

Okay.

I want challenging hypothetical situations to matter.
