I've had my PSP since the US launch day. I want to get started playing MGS Portable Ops soon, but I need to finish up Zelda: Twilight Princess before I get involved with that.

My have my PSP updated to 3.01 currently of the offical firmware updates. I'm waiting for the homebrew community to crack that so I can do the 1.50 thing. My friend currently has his running homebrew up to the 3.03 update and he has Final Fantasy VII running on it! :eyes: Lucky bastard, it runs perfectly and looks really good.

Just keep checking back at http://pspupdates.qj.net/

They have some seriously good people working on the firmware downgraders as well as numerous other applications for your PSP. :)

Conner, unfortunately I couldn't find any info on a release date for Crisis Core.

However, good news for PSP owners.

Next month, Sony will be releasing an 8 GIG Memory Stick Duo. MSRP is $300, but hopefully Sandisk will make their own version which should be approxiatemly $40-60 less than the Sony brand name.

Where are you hearing about a PSP2? I'm deathly curious now.

Is the PSP2 really a PSP2, or is it just a second rendition of the PSP? The latter is what I heard not too long ago, but I'm lacking any real sources to back me up on that.
