Hyper D is a jack of all trades and a master of several. For several years Hyper D (Dave Richardson) was the "pre-dancing" dj at Qoöl, spinning a loungy mix of down tempo and bachelor pad classics. Little did Qoöl promoters Jondi & Spesh realize how much raw dj skill and massive talent was contained in that small body. When Hyper D stepped up to the plate and began to play sets later in the night, it was actually a return to dance floor dj'ing after a long break during which Dave concentrated on his flourishing visuals career. With flawless skills and razor sharp programming, Hyper D always leaves room for the weird and twisted in every set. After being forcibly cured of his Kraftwerk fetish, Dave now plays a mean mix of tech-house, strange breaks, dark prog, and whatever else suits his fancy.

Jesse and his wife Lively (lea) have been seen around clubs San Jose, San Francisco as well as, the infamous 1015 Folsom, Paradise Lounge, Anu Bar, 103.3 FM in Santa Clara & Frisky Radio (www.friskyradio.com). They are the only husband and wife duo known around these parts known as 'The Dirty Duo'.
With Livelys taste for ground stomping breaks, electro house and ghetto house tied in with Jesse's taste for the grindy dirty house and 80's mashups, 'The Duo' can please even the toughest crowds.

"This intimate, modern lounge is probably one of the best all round real DJ bars that I have encountered in the US. Being a spoiled Londoner, what impressed me was going to Anu on a Wednesday night around 10pm. Midweek, the place was packed with chilled local DJs and DJ watchers and there was no charge to get in. The vibe was electric when a DJ by the name of Luke Fair hit the decks at 11pm.
