A Free Virus Guard

Hey Lads & Lassies. I was wondering, since i've not got the cash at the moment to buy Norton Internet Security, what you thought the best free alternative was? Just something to stop all the Spyware, Virus and maybe Pop Up nonsense.

| I use AVG Free 7.5 and Zone alarm free. For spyware spybot s&d and adaware with spywarebuster. |

| actually avast is way better then AVG. It has a higher rating then AVG. I used to use avg, but i got rid of it since when i was testing it out with known virues it was missing them. Avast also has alot more options and different levels of protections |

It tends to be a little "thorough" (aka slow) in scanning. But it's not a resource hog, keeps itself updated and stays out of the way when I'm not in need of it. |
