This is what I got:

"Mastermind" LOL, ok. Not to be arrogant or anything, that is fairly accurate though.

And here's the type desctiption:

For me. it's more accurate if you dislcude:

quote:

kutos to her, but not really my point.
I was more referring to those out there that suffer in silence because of inaction or ego.
I was just trying to say that I prefer a personal trainer to get me where I want to be rather than floundering.
That's my choice though because I don't pretend to know all there is about weight lift training, so I see an expert.
I'm not about to let pride or ignorance stop me because of it; I understand myself enough to know that I need one so I don't hurt myself (one of my biggest fears in the gym).

Now if Lilith can get her ass to a gym and get the results she wants, more power to her; she has more discipline and knowledge in that aspect than me obviously... :p ;)

I used to hate going to the gym. I had no idea how to do anything, and the meat heads would just laugh.. DON'T HELP ME OR ANYTHING, lol.

Whenever I go to the gym now, I try my best to help inexperienced people out, I know how hard it is.

Back in the day (high-school, college) I would see some guys that hurt their back etc and I knew it was because they used bad form because of bad habits.
I just wanted to be sure I was doing thing correctly, hence the trainer...$$ worth spending in my view before I go off and kill myself lol

Yea... but when you approach someone to help them out at the gym, it's kind of uncomfortable... half the time they think you're coming on to them.

Damn.. there IS a lot more to the gym than meets the eye! :haha:
