Yeah, I think you are just assuming the worst though. She's not petty enough to send people hate mail just for the sake of insulting them. I think Echo would like to resolve the issues between you two, if anything.

Why would she cancel something that was trying to smooth things over? Honestly, if she cancelled it, it was probably pretty mean/rude/uncalled for/bitchy etc.
However, that means she took the mature route. Props to EOS... and for gawd sakes, I am being sincere, I am not just trying to be a bitch. LOL!
Anyway, she and I don't agree on everything, and obviously we don't really like each other a whole lot, but I am willing to be nice and civil. I am officially extending the olive branch to her. |

I can think of many instances in my life where the prospect of apologizing only came off as being more arrogant and self-righteous than had I not made efforts to make amends in the first place. :stongue:
Sometimes, even nice words should be taken back.
And maybe I am completely wrong - maybe she did send you a nasty message, infuriated by the concurrent animosity between you two. Whatever she had to possibly say, she took it back before it could do any damage - like you said, "she took the mature route".
But it seems to me that you are making a thread out of the private matters between the two of you? In that case, perhaps her grievances with your indiscretion are not too far off target... |
