It was a pretty crapy relationship to begin with... earlier that day a girl my buddy had been interested in for a long time asked him out and he had decided now was the time to end it with Joan. Why across the mall food court? It was the first time he saw her that day and my buddy is enough of an to not give a damn about her feelings. |
