That sucks...but I'm sure there is a way to overcome that...with cognitive restructuring or some . The mind is capable of so much, all it takes is some routine and practice to get into different thinking habits.

I couldn't ever imagine being bogged down by my thoughts like that, I feel for you. :(

im trying it at the mo (cognitive work) but the woman is pretty , she refuses to accept that a mind can possibly do it (I think she's chosen the wrong profession)

Hahaha...I shouldn't laugh, but that's funny. Watching people do a job they suck at is entertaining, lol.

yeah, I keep dropping hints that s he shouldn't work in a job where she doesn't believe what will be to many people their main problem.

ian you are perfectly in control of your own mind. i think maybe you have a hard time realizing that.

I am great at thinking for other people and management. Perhaps this makes me great for the field of project management :D


but as to managing myself, my own thoughts, I over think and I keep skipping from one thought puddle to the next all the time.
