Jewellery Experts help: GF's 21st Bday present

Ok, so my gfs 21st birthday is coming up.
She said she doesn't want a ring or a necklace. The bracelet i bought her 3.5 years ago is looking pretty beat up so im guessing she wants a new one.
Which one of the following looks the best...i dont want to get her anything too dainty.

2 is over-complicated. 3 is for the old crowd. 1 is for married folk. |

| Are her ears pierced? Why not get her a pair of diamond studs? She'll prolly get more wear out of them than a bracelet. |

but dont the hearts on 4 make it married ( or engagement type ) material?
