Yeah I know I know, I didn't know how to spell it, I knew the 'beh' wasn't as pronounced, but I wrote bay anyways.

I've been on the same kind of thing from December 16th, and plan on keeping it up until February 16th (and longer, depending on how I feel at that point). The only difference is that it's fast food. Right before I stopped eating it, it became the only food I was consuming for about a week or two.
I feel more energized during the day now, but my appetite has significantly decreased. The other day I had a peanut butter sandwich for lunch and couldn't finish it because I felt so full I was about to puke. That lasted me the rest of the day. I was starving at lunch the next day, made a delicious-looking plate of nachos and downed two chips before I felt like I was going to throw it all back up.
My appetite is slowly increasing now, after my body became so hungry that I started having an occasional pain in my chest the last couple of days (which has gone now).
