It didnt take you (orbax) long to get a solid look, now its getting pretty nuts but still in proportion. Good job on sticking to it. What do you base your diet on? Im sure GNC has helped but beside that what have you found, gives you the " fuel" to keep lean. Im not much of a fish guy...is there a replacement? If not...I think I can learn to like it.:clown:

It's about the balance of protein/carbs/fat/micronutrients. Chicken wings tend to be too fatty. Go for lean meats. Turkey is a great source of protein.

my friend and i train once a week, protein shakes are good. but for chicken its best to eat cold chicken on salad. and eat a lot of green vegetables.

Mason and I have similar diets. His is probably healthier because he makes stirfrys and what not.

Part of it, is that I take pictures when Ive been leaning. So 1 meal a day with 2-3 protein shakes and some yogurt is what I eat.

I tend to carry a lot of fat when Im bulking. Fat = energy.

you want a good legs day, you eat a bunch of pizza the night before.

Glucose is your fuel, because it turns to glycogen. A large help has been supplements such as NoXplode, Cell-tech "hardcore", and phosphagen elite. They all have the same basic premise of using insulin, glycogen, sugars etc...to inject your cells with Creatine. Which means you get faster recovery time and more sets/reps.

However, thats only true if you are already pushing it. I dont think supplements should be used heavily until you feel youve hit a wall.

Hardwork is the primary form of muscle gain hehe. carbs and fat (rich marbled steak mmmm) are your energy. When you are happy that when you lose your fat (and 5-10 lbs with it) that youll like the weight and the look youll have you can start trimming the excess fat and carbs out. until then....its hard work and eat eat eat.

just open a can of tuna and drain it...add some cut up tomatoes, cucumber, salt & pepper, and lime juice and eat that. takes about 7 minutes to make and it's really healthy and good for right after a workout.

I beg to differ.

I smoke, i drink, i eat whatever the hell i want whenever i want, i haven't been to the gym since last purple moon..(i do sexercise however :toothless )
And i have a good physique. :tongue3
