Melodic Music

lately i have been dying to get hold of some really really good melodic music from artists that I havent heard of before.

this brings me to one of the questions I wanted to ask.

In your opinion which artist comes close to ulrich schnauss?

I know it's a stupid question because people have asked it in the past but new artists come out all the time.

Dude, go on beatport or whatever and just listen to it all. Seriously. I have sat on so many websites for HOURS and have found all kinds of things from a bazillion different artists. You are bound to find what you are looking for, even if it takes a while. But when you do, it is so rewarding.

I won't give any suggestions but hopefully you take my advice. Good luck! :)

actually, i've been doing that for the past three days on juno.co.uk
but that didnt help me in my search for melodic music.

thats why I asked here. I'm after recommendations :)
meneedit
anybody?

melodic music?

please?
Mr.Mystery
sakes, every time you do a thread you ask the dumbest and vaguest questions possible, then keep bumping it every 15 minutes. You've been told time and time again how ridiculous that is, yet you just keep on doing it. Why is that?
distant
You've been here for 5 years, why do you keep making these threads?

Yeah his music is melodic...ever hear "Nobody's Home"? The closest i've found is Amethystium. His music is actually even more melodic than Ulrich's is, because about every track from Amethystium, there is a melody or two melodies. Sometimes it's in the beginning (and may show up later), sometimes it's throughout, and other time it shows up later on. You might also want to check out Tangerine Dream. Ulrich's sound was influenced by theirs. I also think you might like Schiller.

thank you spirit5 :)

and as for the rest of you, there's nothing wrong with asking for recommendations so you dont have to be like that.
