I got bronchitis right after Tiesto and my lungs were inflamed for over 3 weeks and then I developed acute sinusitis two weeks ago on top of it. It was so bad to the point that when the (very hot) doctor at Laurier touched my forehead, I nearly passed out.
So I don't want to hear any bitching about the flu you pussies.:D |

I got sick 2 weeks ago with a stomach flu. Sorry for the lack of better words but liquids were coming out of me in all directions.
Took me about 5 days to get better.
Then, yesterday i get some kind of flu again, but different than first time. My head, ears, eyes, and muscles are killing me. My nose is stuffy, I have a cough, and a fever.

There actually is no "stomach flu". It's called gastroenteritis and is usually viral. Sounds like you have a nasty upper respiratory viral infection right now. They usually take 7-10 days to go away. It's almost pointless seeing a doctor these days when you get a typical winter virus. They do not give out anti biotics, for good reason, unless you test positive for bacteria. All they can do is perscribe mostly useless cough medicine and tell you to drink lots of fluids and rest. STuff they've been saying for hundreds of goddamn years, basically.;) |

yeah i know about the doctor thing, dont need to waste time in the ER to be told to drink liquids. |

i got myself a flu shot for the first time ever in my life and it seems to work so far *knock on wood*. although, i had a nasty, what we started calling a dry TB-like cough that started in Sep. after the Blockparty which lasted til mid-Dec. It was awful...in the end i had to use an inhaler with antibiotics to free up the airways otherwise i was going to choke to death. brutal these viruses that are going around these days!
