- ok i just run my mixer out to line in of my soundcard & hit record on [insert favorite recording software name here]
- get yourself an mp3 splitter...i use: http://www.ezsoftmagic.com/mp3splitter_joiner.htm FREE!!!
soemtimes i like handing out cds that have multiple tracks (split at the crossfades)....other times i just burn them as a single track (use the WAV file for that one).
- before i make the actual recording, i record for a few seconds of the loudest part of one of the tracks then open the sample into a waveform editor....then can i see the ACTUAL levels - i do this EVERY TIME
- sound quality/EQ and levels are a BIG DEAL to me |
