A few weeks ago I was at a party where a friend of mine spun, he mostly spun techno but because the dj after him was going to spin drum 'n base the last song my friend spun was some drum 'n base-like song. Allthough it wasn't typical drum'n base: it had the same rythm as dnb but the tempo was much slower and it contained much more bass than dnb does.... I can tell you, that song totally blew my mind!!!!!!
So afterwards I asked him about that song and he told me the style is called "Beats 'n Breaks" or "Big Beat".
So I wanna ask if there are more people here who like this style??? and could give me some cool tracknames, producers, labels, info and about Big Beat/ Beats 'n Breaks....

Thanx!!!!!
