PDA / Outlook Synchornising

I have a remote user (working from home) who has just bought a Thompson PDA. What she is hoping to do is keep her calender up to date on the PDA, and then be able to synchronise it with Outlook's calender when she has access to her computer. Before I go any further, let me just give some background information:

We are on an exchange server - located at our main office - and all users on our network have access to a public staff calender within outlook. However, all remote users working from home or offsite have to access our network via terminal services - Hence, the only way to access the staff diary is on their terminal services account.

With that in mind, is it at all possible for this user I am dealing with to synchronise her PDA calender with firstly, her own calender, and secondly with the public staff calender as well? I can't think for the life of me how I would go about doing this, if it is even at all possible in the first place.

Cheers.

yup

but one quick question - when you say terminal services, what are you referring to? token keys? vpn's?

for the device to connect to the computer just the drivers should be installed first.

have the user log into your network and access your exchange server as normal

then install the synch software, a wizard should walk the user through synching outlook (in its current connected state) to the users calendar, email, etc.

the shared calendar/folders/etc has to be configured by the synch software

all of this should be supported by the synch software accompanied byt he handheld device, it's shouldn't be a server side support issue (provided that the user is already connected to the exchange server)

By Terminal Services I mean Remote Desktop Connection. As in, she has to access our network via a RDC over t'internet.

shouldn't really be any problems synching up the user outlook data items, thats straight forward and can be trouble shooted by the synch software customer support
