1) The show rakes in millions
2) The idol rakes in millions + gets a couple of awards
3) The record label rakes in millions
I'd say they have a pretty successful business venture. If the transformation of an ordinary individual to an overnight celebrity with plenty of money, glamor and awards is not what an ordinary american dreams of, then tell me what else he does. Who cares if the reputation lasts for just one year ? |
