The hair isn't the only thing that's gone all rock'n'roll – Diggers has announced dance rockers MSTRKFRT will be supporting him on his latest North American tour.
The Diamonds 07 tour is happening this spring, timed to coincide with the release of Digweed's latest mix CD ‘Transitions 2' out on February 6th. The American grand tour begins in Portland and will run through March 31 in New York. Stops along the way include the SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas (March 16) and the Miami Winter Music Conference (March 20).
So far Digweed is saying mum about the pairing, which is sure to raise a few progger eyebrows. No doubt Diggers is roping in the immaculately coifed MSTRKRFT for metal haircare tips, but given the ex-Death From Above rocker Jesse Keller's newfound devotion to house, the musical match is not as odd as you'd first imagine. ‘We are always in search of the best party possible and this is probably about as close as you can get,' says Jesse of the tour.
