Pre-listening to a transition in Ableton?

I've been using Ableton Live Lite, which came as a free bonus with my Keystation 61es, and might be getting the opportunity to do some live DJing in the future. Is there any way to click a spot in the sequencer to preview it on my headphones while the main speakers keep playing as normal? If not, what do you recommend I do to make sure the tracks are placed correctly in the sequencer?
Thanks. :) |

I assume you have one audio output dedicated to "cueing" (just goes to the headphones), and another to use as main output?
You could create a couple audio tracks, and set their outputs to your cue audio channel. Then just drag the tracks over to the cue track, and preview your mix in there. |
