Flexing The Arm

Lately I've been flexing my arm whenever something really good or exciting is happening or when some sort of success is achieved.

Not only is flexing the arm a clear way of displaying one's approval, excitement or satisfaction but it also a whole lot of fun.

For example:
- You close a big deal at the office, have a good meeting, do something well - flex the arm!
- You are at a big show, the DJ plays a track you like or does a good mix - flex the arm!
- You're having a whole lot of fun with your friends and want to share and show how you feel - flex the arm!

I wouldn't have shared this technique unless I found it to be rewarding. I encourage you to give it a try next time you're really enjoying something, something really exciting happens, you have a big achievement or just really appreciate a situation - JUST FLEX THE ARM!

The arm-flex is on par with the "high-five" but allows one to express themselves without requiring another person to participate.

Combo "high-five" / "arm flex" moves are the pinnacle of expressing one's positive experience, satisfaction, enjoyment.

i used to flex my left arm so much that i think i tore something in my bicep, it always hurts now so i do not recommend flexing the arm too much.
