eeps!!! :nervous:

usually Syracuse gets majorly dumped on, as does Albany...but try to get thru Buffalo as carefully as possible since I know you need to pass thru there, that place is like zero degrees right now, with a wind chill of 20 below zero...my girls been up there since last week...she said some areas of Buffalo got 37 inches of SNOW (i guess less crazy than previous years but STILL.) Probably ALL ice by now...

I used to go to University at Buffalo in Amherst and we always got DUMPED on during winters, and following the Thruway back up to school always gave me a crash course in how to drive on icy roads and blizzard conditions lol esp at night, thats NO fun whatsoever

be safe, find ALTERNATE routes but the Thruway is probably the MOST reliable way to go...and make sure your car(s) are in SERIOUS shape for winter driving...make sure you got ur all-seasons on, get a maintenance check, check ur fluids, ur radiator, flares, flashlight and a spare just in case...these conditions are never ideal for *any* car, and make sure you drive the main roads so state troopers and plows are plentiful

it **was** snowing when we all went up for Ultra Spin 4 back in 2004 but it was just STARTING to storm that weekend...

Toronto and Buffalo per weather.com:

Friday: sun and lite snow flurries, less than 1"
Saturday: sun and lite snow flurries, no accumulation
Sunday: same as saturday

I think we will be fine. Plus all the heavy snow is wayyy out towards the cuse and since I am driving the back way we wont even go near there. We are cutting up thru ithaca. :)
