Breaks

I love my breaks but I already have all three "Crystal Method" and "Hybrid albums" albums, Hyper's album and Two plump DJs albums.

These are the breaks albums that I have in my wish list:

Ils - Bohemia, Rob D - Furious Angels, Nubreed - Original, propellerheads - Decksandrumsandrockandroll.

Can you please recommend some artists that generally arent talked about in the breaks community but are really good?

Also can you please tell me if any of these artists have albums worth getting:

Tipper - especially list your favourite Tipper album
Proper Filthy Naughty
Koma & Bones
Terminalhead
Dark Globe
Dreadzone
Timo Maas
Blame
Cirrus

???

Thank you very much.

More for the Phil K disc. It is probably the best mix I've ever heard.

damnit. I totally forgot about the stanton warriors.. awesome!

Last time I saw lee he was playing breaks.

There are some amazing LA Breakbeat DJ's too.

www.socalbreaks.com

Oh, Phil Hartnol (from Orbital, spins some breaks and stuff)

James Zabiela's style is sometimes called a fusion of breaks/techno/house. Even if you don't follow any genres his sets are amazing.

Plus the guys got skills on anything that can make noise. ;)

Dj O'Callaghan
Plump DJ's are wicked and that's not because one of them's from Northampton. No local support here!

Recomendations

Tayo
Meat Katie
General Midi

STANTON WARRIORS!!!!!!

For those that like trance, but are starting to get into breaks, try these enrgetic breaks tracks out...I LOVE breaks, but sometimes peopel get put off by the glitchy type of tracks.

Santos - Noizy Horn
Mach One - Rip Chord (Original Mix)

Samples are on beatport

Yes, def check out anything, Cd's singles, by Stanton Warriors.

The Rogue Element also plays a lot of energetic breaks. Check out his tracks on beatport as well. Circuit Breaker is mighty too...GATEWAY is a monster!

My good friend Ghettface is working on some tracks, you can hear samples at www.myspace.com/ghettface, rock it and get loud should be out later this year.

So there's some cool tracks and cd's to check out

Also, shameless I know, you can check out my Breaks Mini Mix at www.myspace.com/dj_yanix and if anything pops out at you, head for the tracklist and you can get a good head start on finding some more artists you might like. :)
