first of all, big props to Brianna & Ruben, and all others who were responsible for making this night happen.....

i just like to say Bree is and always will be my fav. person to work with and play for in any event.... i wanna stress the fact that out of countless "EDM" events in NYC, this event is organized by a fellow oldschool TA, a friend whom ive worked with in the past and someone who carries a presence on here, NOT a random promoter who registered JUST to promote their event. thats a big difference ppl, dont get it twisted.... i can tell you alot of ppl who promote here, can careless about the NYTA community, as long as they can promote an event they are obligated to. of course they might adapt, but i think i have the right to say like this cuz ive done seen mad niggaz come & go during my time on this site...

so check it, if you dont wanna continue reading, yall, leave the thread now, but to those few that actually care, heres my drift....

some of yall might know, ive thrown a monthly party in LES for 2yrs to be exact and ive done so strictly for the love of music and for the purpose of getting ppl together on a monthly basis... and i personally know for a fact throwing events in NYC is an uphill battle....

im taking my time to stress certain things cuz i know that some of you will understand because what Bree is doing is out of Love, its important for the real heads to not get lazy and really support the scene... yes "the scene" sounds like a big picture, but the picture doesnt start big, it gets built by participation from the masses......

i think ive said enuff.. all in all, i just wanted to address some important issues for the receptive few and give respect for the organizers... thanx for taking your time to read this ....

PART 2 Mothaas.....

i cant leave out the TAs that came out... thanx to everyone who was there while i played, you guys make everything worth it and i hope yall enjoyed some of the tunes... i enjoy starting the night off sometimes cuz its challenging to create energy from scratch and buildin on...

sorry for this long ass post but i do mean every word.. thanks again for the supporters.... PEACE.

:D

If you cut out the poor grammar and the curse words that post was actually insightful. The above quote is important and not just for a music scene.

yea, and where the were YOU?? :whip: :whip:

STFU to anyone who rags on Tae, he's been keepin it real longer than I've known who Darude was ( :p )and I have to say his was my favorite set last night, no ing joke!! :D Bellini & Saeed wore me out, just too hard too fast, I'm not used to it I guess. I saw that every time I DID hear an awesome track and danced my butt off, it was Saeed up there. All in all an awesome night, what a nice venue, feels a little too big because of the high ceilings and posh interior so I still much prefer Love for the homely vibe, but lots of fun nonetheless. I'd visit again. Thanks to Briana and all!

sorry i mised this one. I had a ton of fun at the last 2 bree threw over there.

i really like that club too. it's big but doesn't have the typical big room characteristics, which is a good thing....

Tae: I'm so glad to hear it was a great nite...oh man, drew n I would have sooo come out to support u guys (u know we do) but I was feeling sick and and was pretty much done for the nite...

But yea def feelin what ur saying abt the local scene and the need to support it

Seho/Fusion/TFST 4evar - it was going to those events that helped to solidify my friendships within NYTA - the vibe the love and a shared love of edm brought us all together...

And so happy bree was able to organize another event at element - may events of this caliber keep fluorishing...

Will def make it to the next one
