Can someone tell me what 'breaks' are please?

Lots of people are saying that breaks are the 'thing of the moment' right now and I'm not sure what they are... can someone clarify please? Are there any in either the Rosenmontag set by PvD or am I more likely to find them in the XXL Clubnight set by PvD?
