This is my first attempt at using Ableton Live 4.0.4 and I do not know much about it. Here is what I would like to do: Take the acapella vocal track and dub it over a full length instrumental track. I also want to be able to filter the vocal and take only bits and pieces for use in the final version. I basically need to know how to get the 2 mp3 files (the vocal and the full length track) on to Ableton so that I can work with them. Thanks for your help and sorry for the noob question. I will provide more details if what I've written is not clear.
