This whole thing is ironic, but what gets me the most is PETA's insistence that their euthanization of animals is better than them living in a pound. One of the initial mainstays of PETA was to picket pounds demanding the stop of euthanization (anyone see the Bullsh*t episode?). I guess their euthanization is better than a pound's in some way. PETA must be the "best" at killing animals.
I know regardless of the outcome, it's not going to effect PETA's resolve, but the contradiction in the case is interesting. I can't wait to see how it turns out. |
