Well what can i say, infected was amazing.
i arrived at sona like at 12 and there was no people ;) then i meet iwantpow what's up dude nice meeting you!!! and well we started movin in the hip hop room a little bit since we were waiting for the main room to open.
as soon as it opened i went up and started dancing i think it was like 1 or 2 am, anyway i dont know who spinned before infected but it was fantastic!!! i really want to know who it was cause it has a hard progressive set with some prograssive trance at the end i even heard some art of trance ;) but dont remember the mix name. anyway infected started and it was like whoa!! they make crazy stuff live!! i remember the crowd went crazy when they played bust a move ;) iwantpow porbably was going crazy too, i lost him after a while. they finished the set with the live remix version of psycho, fantastic track. after they were done but the crowd wanted more so i tough they will play some more but nahh they just wipped some cds and left it there playin while they put their equipment in the boxes.
all in all amazing night ;) and the cons?? well as usual the mainroom was packed like a mother******!! sometimes there were no room to move!! but it was a lot better than freaky since i went to the bathroom twice and there was no lineup just one girl allways there claimin she wanted to pee ;) well after the infected set i could dance no more and i left like at 7 am.
to whoever went there hope you had fun and well i will see you in the next party. o and infected was to the right entering to the main room probably the same place were sasha and dig were. the funny thing was that the dj sppining first didnt got any claps since all the poeple tough there was a dj in the infected booth lol every change they cheer on the wrong direction. lol.
anyway time to sleep

Well what can I say, It was a great night. Got there at about 12, the only problem is i had been snowboarding all day, so i was way too tired. Checked out Eddy jasmin set, he was spinning some funky house, it sure got me moving. Then i met up with Mastercongo in the hip hop room, cheers.
Headed up to the main room, mastercongo i think it was Preach that was spinning some HARD progressive house, the set sure got me going, but sadly it was taking any of the precious energy i had left. Met congo again in front, but it was way to packed for me up there so i went to the back and found a chill "open" place to dance, something very rare at Sona.
Infected finally came on, as i was about to pass out i was so tired. I got through half their set, bust a move got everyone going nuts!!!!!
When i ended up taking a break, i couldnt even move after, but im still alive, but definatly need some sleep.
Going to take up on some of that now

Oh man you were crazy! What a show! The hard techno/hard trance that was played after was incredible too. Its just really too bad sona's sound system sucks ass because I was really not able to appreciate the music. First time I have been there and I was NOT impressed. You know with the money they have they could get something better. Psy trance looses alot of its effectiveness when all you hear is distorted bass. And where are the ing lights and lasers? I saw some glow in the dark strings taped to the wall.. Is that supposed to fool us? I just wanted to cut that down. Unbelievable. Anyway great show allround though. I am just really glad I am going to toronto to see sasha and digweed.
Next time I come to montreal i want to meet up with some montreal TAs. I know you people know how to party! |

| what's up disco joe yep the sound was not that grat but the show was live so infected knew how to play so it sounded good, the drum kicks they use are amazing!! really hard and the effects erez did with his nordlead i think that's the keyboard he was using? were really great ;) and i hope we meet next time ;) |
