Finally, I got my hands on a pair of headphones which truely rock my socks.
I've tried a bunch of phones, nice Senhizers, a range of AKGs... Sony (pleh) the list goes on.

I now have Ultrasone PROline 750s.
Beautiful high end, fantastic low end; I can actually MIX my low end now.
The "surround" sound technoligy isn't really surround sound. BUT The way the drivers are positioned in this baby the whole 3D space really opens up for you.
A truely fantastic recording is going to sound FANTASTIC on these, the depth is amazing. A poor recording is going to stand out. That is what kicks ass. True comparative listening!
Anyway, normally I'd just find a headphone thread to bump, but I wanted to give a quick little review of these headphones and how great they are. They really blow my mind.
Anyway, Greets TAs, I've been busy with work and school (40 hrs work + school) so I haven't had a lot of time to be an active TAer, I've just been lurking.
