The tag didn't expire for about 3 or 4 years or something, so after she had recoverd, she gave the tag to my friend and his dad (who is a lawyer mind you :p) and they both used it all the time. :p

It definatly came in handy.

Nice! Sure would come in handy in Hollywood!!!!

california traffic rules are too much for me. i still have my nyc license plates and have been busting out u-turns and mistakenly been on hov lanes, so this is good info to know once i change them. see, in new york, many of us roll over to the crosswalk at the redlight. here, it's quite a change to see how everyone stops directly behind the line. lol. just some personal observations in my 2-ish weeks here.

Yeah, I remember in Holland, no one would give 2 s for the walk/don't walk signs. It was like "no cars, walk. cars, don't walk." Makes perfect sense to me!

Did you mean the city of Amsterdam? If yes, I was there a couple of months ago and WHOLLYMOLEY .. streets are narrow and traffic signs are obscure. Here are a couple pics I took. lol. I was frightened when my dutch friend from Holland (who lives there) was parking. Many of the streets by the canals have no rails, as you can see in the pic lol.
