| This is such an awesome day!! I started with a beer pre breakfast warm up, cooked up some eggs, bacon & Roo meat on the BBQ for breakfast, some friends come over for some post breakfast beer, played some backyard cricket, soon in will be lunch & time to drink beer & then do some burn-outs in the commodore. |

i am on my way to the beach. i have a commodore, too.
and to the above poster that said australia has good beer- i dont think it is that great really. maybe i am jaded from living in germany for a year. |

Most likely you are. German beer is WAY more awesome than Australian beer. But we have some pretty nice ones like Cascade and the Coopers range. Some of the smaller breweries make some damn good stuff too :tongue2

I've got a 'tarted' up Commodore, it does great burnouts... not much else aside from look pretty and weigh a lot, but it annihilates tyres! :p
Aside from that I spent last night drinking with a friend after she knocked off work until 2am and woke up on the rug something about 5 before staggering into bed and lying there feeling like I got kicked in the head for most of the day. :eyespop: 
Later on when my stomach stops petitioning for divorce I might get back to doing some more because its infernally hot! |

It's Australia Day. You have to drink. It would be a crime not to. I heard you can get deported for that .

Well it's bitey season at the moment for things that live in the ocean and snakes, after that it goes into the bitey spider things move into our houses to get out of the rain season, after that it's bitey things wake up, have breeding territories and kill stuff season.
Think I preferred Africa sometimes, the bitey stuff over there was all big and you could see it coming so you'd just shoot guns at it until it died or went away. |
