True, but anyone knows if you want the best quality buying closed cans isnt a gonna work... Also, you could easily Mod them to your liking...
I just know they are quality overall, inexpensive as headphones go, and fairly durable. |

Oh man, there are so many sturdier, better quality headphones than the 700s.. Honestly with the amount of information available about them just on this board, I still can't believe more TAs are buying them. |

oh yeah? can you reccomend any for less than 200 bucks? Because Ill be getting those for 180 and I dont plan on spending over 200 on headphones.. |

Wow, you are getting jacked on that price! That's wayyyy to much to pay, but i suppose you are in Norway? so maybe that explains it...
Lets see... Are you planning to DJ with them and where do you plan to use them most often? on a train? walking on a road, etc.. |

nah canada. so thats canadian dollars. they go for over 280 in the sony store and this is easily the best price in T.O. for non used ones.
umm yeah Ill be using them for DJing and at home mostly. |

i bought my 700s for 93 bucks like a year ago. in fact they're on my head right now i can feel my head shaking from the pure thick beautiful bass and my ears ringing from the sharp crisp highs... personally i've tried other phones and i still like these the best.
btw if anyone didnt notice i bumped this thread and it was first posted like 5 years ago so anyone who gave serious replies.. lol |

This is easy then... check out the Sony v6/ Sony v506 (the only difference is the 506 have gold plated plugs..)
Easily 30 cdn CHEAPER than the 700s... Very good cans. You will see lots of djs wearing these, if you care.. PvD, Mike farina, and a whole lot more, but i forget right now. |

i got them cause they seemed to be the standard.. yeah i know.
i'm really satisfied with them.. they sound better than my old sennheisers.. and when i first plugged them into my portable i was pleasantly surprised with how loud they got. |
